Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Dainamics GmbH (“Dainamics”, “we”, “us”), 2380 Perchtoldsdorf, Austria, governing your use of the Stickerradar app and the website at stickerradar.app (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Where the law of your country sets a higher minimum age for using an online service or for consenting to data processing (for example 16 in Germany, 14 in Italy), you must have reached that age or have the consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service you confirm you meet these requirements.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your @handle and profile free of content that breaches Section 4. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
3. The Service: collecting and trading
Stickerradar helps you track your sticker collection, identify duplicates, and arrange trades with friends. Trades are arranged in the app but completed by users in person. Dainamics is not a party to any trade: we do not handle payments, ship anything, verify stickers, or guarantee that a trade will happen or that any sticker is genuine or as described. Any dispute about a trade is between the users involved.
4. Acceptable use and user content
You provide content such as a handle, a name, and trade-related information (“User Content”). You must not:
- post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive, or that impersonates another person;
- choose a handle or name that is offensive or infringes someone else’s rights;
- harass, threaten, scam, or abuse other users;
- attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, probe or disrupt the Service, or circumvent its security or limits;
- use the Service for spam, fraud, or any illegal purpose.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Dainamics a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it only as needed to operate the Service (for example, showing your handle to a friend).
Reporting and blocking
You can block another user and report content or behaviour from within the app. We review reports and may remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts, that breach these Terms. We may act on serious or illegal content without notice.
5. Premium unlock, trials and vouchers
The Service is free to use. We also offer a single optional Premium unlock (internally the “seasonal” unlock):
- It is a one-time, non-renewing in-app purchase — not a subscription. It does not auto-renew, and nothing is charged again automatically.
- It grants additional benefits for a fixed period (currently up to 365 days) from the date of purchase, after which your account simply returns to the free tier.
- We may also grant the benefit through a free trial (once per account) or a voucher code.
- All purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms. We do not receive your payment details. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Refunds and right of withdrawal
Because the unlock is digital content delivered immediately, you expressly request that we provide it at once and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law once delivery has begun. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies; we do not process payments and generally cannot issue refunds directly.
6. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and we may add or change features and limits (such as how many friends or Radars a tier allows). We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see the Account & Data Deletion policy). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms other users or us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as Sections 8–11) continue to apply.
8. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, or be free of errors, and we make no warranty about trades arranged through it.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for personal injury caused by negligence, or for intent and gross negligence). To the extent permitted by Austrian law, Dainamics is not liable for slight negligence, and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss arising from trades arranged between users. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid feature is limited to the amount you paid for that feature in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Dainamics against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply. The courts competent for the seat of Dainamics GmbH have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you the right to sue in your place of residence.
For online dispute resolution, the European Commission provides a platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and generally not willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post the new version with an updated version identifier; for material changes we will ask you to accept the updated Terms again in the app before you continue. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Apple App Store — additional terms
If you download the app from the Apple App Store, the following also apply and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them:
- These Terms are between you and Dainamics only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
- Your licence to use the app is a non-transferable licence to use it on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app, including product-liability, legal-compliance, or consumer-protection claims, or claims that the app infringes intellectual-property rights.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting”, and are not on any U.S. prohibited-party list.
